Staff Bios
Tashara Hall
Surgery Coordinator
Tashara Hall joined Georgia Spine & Neurosurgery Center in early 2008 and is a dynamic member of our team. She works as the medical assistant to Drs. Khajavi and Gullick, as well as the surgery coordinator. Tashara is truly a "go to" person in our practice and has the reputation of getiing things done in a most efficent manner. Tashara lives on the southside of Atlanta with her family and enjoys the outdoors.
Melissa Eason
Billing Department
Melissa came to Georgia Spine & Neurosurgery Center with a wealth of knowledge of the insurance and billing process. She has put that knowledge to work at the front desk, in benefit of our patients. She is able to keep the front desk and referral process running smooth. Melissa also coordinates outside testing for our patients. Melissa is currently persuing a degree in psycology and enjoys spending time with her family.

PLEASE bring all x-ray, MRI, CT or other films & reports you may have relating to your visit. Please make sure you bring the actual films, as Dr. Khajavi will need to review your films personally.
