Dr. Kaveh Khajavi
Dr. Khajavi received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1985, and then obtained his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1989 on an Air Force scholarship. He completed his neurosurgical residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Richard Gullick
Dr. Richard Gullick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Gullick completed his neurosurgical residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and his research fellowship at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research...

Erin G. Mihelic
Erin attended and graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a Bachelor of Scince with honors in 1995. Erin came to Atlanta in 1996 and began work in the Department of Anesthesiology at Emory University as a clinical research assistant before beginning the Physician Assistant program at Emory in 1999.

PLEASE bring all x-ray, MRI, CT or other films & reports you may have relating to your visit. Please make sure you bring the actual films, as Dr. Khajavi will need to review your films personally.
