From points north of Atlanta:
Take I-75 or I-85 South to I-285 East.
Exit at Lawrenceville Highway.
Turn right off the exit onto Lawrenceville Highway.
Proceed to Church Street and turn left.
The next light is North Decatur Road, turn left.
You will turn into the DeKalb Medical center campus immediately on your right. At the end of the entrance road turn right, The parking deck can then be seen to your left and we are in the 2675 professional building on your right.
From points south of Atlanta:
Take I-75 or I-85 North to I-285 East.
to the Church Street exit.
Turn left off the exit onto Church Street.
Go to North Decatur Road and turn right.
The third traffic light is Winn Way.
Turn left on Winn Way.
Take the first street to the right onto the DeKalb Medical Center campus. The parking deck can then be seen to your left and we are in the 2675 professional building on your right.
From points east of Atlanta:
Take I-20 west to I-285 North.
to the Church Street exit.
Turn left off the exit onto Church Street.
Go to North Decatur Road and turn right.

Turn left on Winn Way.

From points west of Atlanta:
Take I-20 east to the second I-285 North.
Opportunity (you will go through Atlanta).
Go north on I-285 to the Church Street exit.
Turn left off the exit onto Church Street.
Go to North Decatur Road and turn right.

Parking at DeKalb Medical Center can sometimes be challenging (DeKalb Medical Center is addressing this problem). Please allow extra time for parking.

PLEASE bring all x-ray, MRI, CT or other films & reports you may have relating to your visit. Please make sure you bring the actual films, as Dr. Khajavi will need to review your films personally.
